Steve began his real estate career in 2002 and quickly built a reputation for market expertise, ethical negotiation, and creative deal structuring. In 2006, he earned his Florida real estate broker’s license and co-founded a brokerage that grew from two agents to more than 60. In 2018, he sold a majority interest in the brokerage after more than 12 years of successful leadership.
For over a decade, Steve personally trained agents and investors across Florida in: Property valuation / pricing strategies, Contract structuring & negotiations, Business Planning, Acquisitions & dispositions, Distressed and off-market properties…
To further streamline transactions and protect sellers, Steve founded a full-service Florida title company in 2011, giving him deep expertise in: Title defects & clouds on title, Probate and estate sales, Liens, judgments & encumbrances, Proper deed preparation & Florida closing procedures.

Joleigh entered the real estate and title industry in 2005 and became a licensed REALTOR® in 2015. Her strengths lie in operations, asset analysis, seller communication, and transaction management, particularly for complex or emotionally sensitive sales. Joleigh brings extensive experience in: Title analysis / closing procedures, Distressed and inherited properties, Pricing evaluation & market analysis, Seller advocacy and clear communication, Marketing and operational execution.
Beyond her licensed real estate expertise, Joleigh Prevel brings a highly refined eye for property potential, renovation strategy, and design-driven value creation. With years of hands-on experience evaluating homes from both an investor and end-user perspective, Joleigh understands how layout, natural light, finishes, flow, and functionality impact a home’s true market appeal.
